Manufacturing of a soil peeling is carried out with synthetic resin, which is poured onto the profile face.

Self dug soil pits in the vineyard as well as road cuttings or sand and clay pits are suitable for collecting soil peelings.

After a hardening time of 1-4 days, which depends on weather, earth's images can be removed. The result after different working processes is a native „soil picture“ which is mechanically solid.

All sizes and formats are possible but should depend on the intended use. In case of frequent transportation, smaller sizes (max. 30x100 cm) are appropriate because of weight and handiness.

If shorter profiles are desired, representative layers can be sampled and assembled. Changes between the layers are modellised so that the result is again a complete (but shorter) soil.

Nevertheless, if there is enough space in the show room, soil profile sizes of e.g. 40x150 cm are more striking.

Other interesting options are square or horizontally aligned formats.

Price of the exhibits depends on size and effort during sampling and creation.

Soil profiles are excellent suited to fairs, wine sales rooms or tasting rooms. For an effective presentation the customer can let his imagination run wild.

They can be used as architectural stylistic device, as mural, as statue, they can be integrated in show cases or glas-topped tables. Very small sizes as e.g. 20x30cm are suited to decoration of tables or, if framed, to presents for clients and business partners.
